HRA congratulates Alderman Klaas on being elected as Executive Mayor for the Overstrand Municipality

We, the executive of the Hermanus Ratepayers Association (HRA), wish to congratulate you on being appointed our Executive Mayor.
We believe the wealth of experience you have from your years of service for both the Overstrand Municipality and the Overberg District will be of the utmost value to leading the Municipality.
We believe it is critical that the Ratepayers Association continue their robust working relationship with the Overstrand Municipality. To this end, we look forward to working together with you and your leadership towards ensuring that the Overstrand Municipality effectively serves its communities.
